In addition to counseling, Dr. Robb shares her knowledge and understanding through teaching, workshops and presentations.

At the beginning of her career, Dr. Robb worked in the community mental health system where 100% of her clients were prescribed psychiatric medication. She witnessed when the medicine quite literally saved people’s lives. Frequently, however, the medication stopped working after a time or it did not work at all.  Sometimes, the side effects were so severe that the benefits did not seem worth it. Investigation of emerging treatment practices led Dr. Robb to pursue training in nutrition as well as certification in Neuronutrient Therapy from Recovery Systems Clinic in San Francisco, CA.

These tools proved to be valuable complements to the traditional psychotherapy practices that she already employed.  She continues to expand her understanding of integrated medicine and mental health through continuing education and collaboration with multi-disciplinary colleagues.  In addition to counseling, she shares her knowledge and understanding through teaching, workshops and presentations.

Dr. Robb is a native Oregonian. She enjoys music of all kinds and is especially passionate about choral music.  In 1997, along with her brother and sister-in-law, she co-founded the Pacific International Choral Festival which presents a series of choral gatherings each summer in cooperation with the Oregon Bach Festival.  Besides music, she loves water in just about any form from streams to rivers to the sea.  She loves to arrange flowers, knit, read and spend time with her family and friends.
